Just like with the Less walk-in showers, we have included a series of Less recess doors from Wiesbaden Sanitair under the motto: Less is more.
By using two small hinges and a rubber D-profile that fits against the wall, the wall and stop profiles of "standard niche doors" are eliminated. This leaves a larger glass surface.
The hinge of the Less recess door has a lifting function, allowing it to open even with a sloped floor. This lifting function also reduces the floor rubbing of the drainage profile at the bottom of the door, thus preventing wear.
This niche door is reversible and can be opened both inwards and outwards.
It comes with a metal door handle and hinge set.
The Less niche door is made of tempered safety glass and has a NANO coating.
Tempered safety glass:
All our recess doors are made of tempered safety glass as standard. Safety glass, as the name suggests, is safer than standard glass. If regular glass breaks, it will shatter into large pieces. With safety glass, the glass is manufactured in such a way that, if it breaks, it shatters into thousands of small pieces. This significantly reduces the risk of serious injury. This is a major advantage, especially during installation, where most breakage occurs.
NANO coating:
At a microscopic level, the world looks very different. In the case of glass, we see that a product made of glass has numerous tiny open pores. These pores allow dirt and limescale to quickly adhere. By applying NANO coating with (machine) rollers, these pores are "sealed," making it much harder for dirt and limescale to adhere to the glass surface. NANO coating therefore ensures that the product stays clean longer and that limescale and dirt adhere more slowly. Low-maintenance, therefore.
